SEC. 04 / THE BUILD

Ten steps, in the order they happen on site.

Pathways and trays go in around the racks; cooling and power follow once they stand. Every step ends with a record you keep.

We work out every route and measurement for tray and cable, then price the job from your design plans before you sign.

We set the pathways before the racks arrive, then hang and bond the cable trays above the rows once the frames stand.

We check every delivery against the bill of materials and stage it according to the pull schedule. In our app the hall becomes an interactive map, so you can follow any cable's path from the dock to its port.

We mark each rack's spot on the floor and level each frame on its mark before servers go in. Fixing a frame later means pulling everything back out.

We connect each rack to the cleaned cooling loop, remove trapped air and check every joint for leaks. That happens with the rack still open, before any cable or power goes in.
